Beginning on or about January 12th and lasting through approximately January 26th both the exit and entry gates will be offline while the new gates and systems are installed. There may be times where either the entry or exit side is completely blocked while installation is underway. When this is necessary, traffic cones will be placed to divert traffic to the open side. Every measure will be taken to limit any inconvenience but it is unavoidable. Throughout these dates please use caution entering and exiting the development as worker will be present.
If there are any changes/updates to this schedule or any specific traffic concerns we’ll advise as soon as possible.
Your existing after-hours entry tag will continue to work for access once the installation is completed.
As with any new system, there may be some necessary tweaking once the install is completed so we ask for your patience throughout the project.
Shortly after the gate work is completed, painting of certain elements of the entryway will begin. We’ll update the specific timing once available.
